B 12 testing question

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of testing for Neuropathy. My doc ran a B12 test and it shows 2 different results. I'm not familiar with both of these. What is the difference between the two of them? I have googled, but I just don't get it

Thanks so much,

Kay
