I am sorry i haven't been responding

it seems to be harder and harder dealing with the loss of abby. i want to scream.
I feel so tired and am having so much trouble sleeping although last night a friend called me early and i slept through the call. I don't go to therapy but just see the psychiatrist. therapy has never helped me.

oh i stopped taking magnesium caplets cause an overdose of magnesium can cause irregular heartbeat. i am now taking nopal or prickly pear which is also supposely good for diabetes and cholesterol. I am still taking chitosan and might start taking ps100...thank you for mentioning it

I'm so glad you posted Bobby…

I wish you were feeling better, and Abby's death wasn't so hard on you

I'm glad that you were able to get some sleep yesterday, even if it did mean missing out on a call from a friend

I hope you feel better soon :hug::hug:

I personally believe that first month or two after a death of a pet is
the hardest. Keep using Pudge as a comfort item. And then when
ready get another kitty.

Derrick is still not ready to get a new dog yet either.

that is interesting about the magnesium, do you find the pear or nopal working for you?

I am not sure. I just started using it. supposedly it is also good for diabetes and cholesterol. I might not have figured out the dosage. I also have two kinds and one definitely worked..the one with just powder.

Thank you. It really seems to be getting worse. I really feel the pain. I am exhausted. I am having so much trouble sleeping. I am feeling restless on top of everything and i had more candy.

I'm so sorry you're suffering right now Bobby. I wish you could sleep… It must feel so awful to be exhausted and anxious at the same time :hug::hug:

You didn't binge. You just had "some candy." It's not the same thing… don't be too hard on yourself.

I'm sending good thoughts your way :hug::hug:

Bobby

I'm wondering does Pudge sleep with you on the bed. Like Abby did.
If not this might be part of the reason you aren't sleeping.
We have two kitties. Christina because she spent over 2 years in
a shelter isn't as friendly or lovable. She has finally gotten comfortable
coming to me when I'm on the couch. But she wont sleep with anyone
at all. Angel our boy beautiful kitty, loves to snuggle, and lay in bed.
Whether your there or not. He will lay right by us, or even rub his
tail on you sleeping. Or at least my husband.
