Curcumin

Any advice on how to take curcumin. I tried it for a few days and it seemed to make my stomach hurt badly. I am going to try it again because it is a possibility the pain could have been from something else.

But wondering what others have experienced. I am taking the NOW CurcuBrain.

Thanks

Try taking with food. But if you have a sensitive GI tract there can be irritation anyway. I understand, because I get GI side effects from curcumin. Try taking it once a day 2 or 3 times a WEEK instead of every day.

Curcumin is a spice, meant for foods. Taking more than one would consume in food, may just not be for everyone therefore.

The NOW version is supposed to be formulated to not dissolve in the stomach but rather be released in the intestine. At least that is according to the Longvida® research website.
