Folic acid vs folate
 

I've heard Folate is superior/healthier than Folic acid. Some issues with slight risk of cancer and slight problems if taken during pregnancy.

However, I just noticed my Bcomplex and multi have odd wording like Folate (as folic acid)

Hmmm

Does anyone know of brands that only use Folate? Particularly a B complex?
