Sorry to see people self describing as sufferers.

I want to manage the parts of ADD that are a problem for me, but I don't want to suffer.

my cousin has ADHD, found your post and thought good on you for a healthy attitude towards this condition! I was wondering if you could share some more of your story to maybe give me some pointers so i can try to understand for my cousin... thanks
