Head shakes when I move my neck?

I'm 18 years old and I've been dealing with PCS since January, and I've realized lately when I move my neck, my head kind of shakes. Is there any cause of this? I've had some neck pain as of lately but nothing too crazy.

Most likely tight/strained muscles..try some relaxation things for the neck muscles, what ever feels best, warmth, cold, slow gentle stretching. Massage neck if you can do that.
Maybe some over the counter warming products/rubs.
