Soy Alert!!
 

I don't think I've posted this here before. Just talking about the pitfalls of soy on my other health group, this link came to mind.

I was sucked into the soy craze back about 20 yrs ago when I was getting off dairy and found out how terrible this product is for us. For one thing, disrupts our endocrine system and found this out from my chiro at the time who tested me as I was so Fatigued. It was the soy..and then I went to work and found so much info...I avoid it at all costs.
