Vitamin D light therapy

I can't see much evidence in your link showing that light therapy is of any generic benefit as far as Vitamin D is concerned.

There is some evidence that it can help people with cystic fibrosis or short bowel syndrome (Treatment of vitamin D deficiency with UV light in patients with malabsorption syndromes: a case series) but I can't find anything which suggests that it may be of general help in this context.

I have this light and have used it for years now. I use it for seasonal affective disorder. It works well for that. I only use it when days are short, and I only use one cycle on the lowest setting. You can search here on NT and find my posts if you want more details.

It is not UV...it does not have UV wavelength built in. All the lights for SAD will not stimulate vitamin D.
