Just came across this interesting article thought I'd share, and curious if anyone had first hand experience with CBD

Well.....Im off my headache meds, so I will assume i would have a headache in just a few hours....

Its taken a long time to find what strains work for what your trying to help....

Here in AZ. I dont like much how they run things....I hope for complete legalization as I believe it would give me a better selection.

My brain has been through alot...I cant say I get " stoned " as that is not what Im looking for....Im looking for hope and sucsess and for about 4 months I'm having very good results....I feel that cooking with my made oils has been the key to helping control my headaches.....

As for sleep and my PTSD, it has magically disappeared.... My shrink and I couldnt be more happy....It has changed MY life.

I cant open it either. Looks like website is down or gone now. Leafly is a good place for information on things like this.

Leafy and the other marijuana oriented web sites tend to present marijuana as a miracle drug. It is not. Many have developed serious problems because marijuana can often increase anxiety issues.

I see people talk about microdosing mushrooms and even LSD but I never see any comments about microdosing CBD or THC. The science based research suggests that microdosing CBD and especially THC has far better results with less risk. The challenge is there is no high from microdosing. The 1:1 CBD to THC is supported by the research but at that dosage, the THC does not cause a high.

I truly believe that many who claim THC based marijuana helps them are disregarding the fact that marijuana is great at helping people ignore the issues in their lives.
