Huge News!!!!
 

Well as you all know I have been working to get back to work and really wanted this one job. Well, as of yesterday, I got the job!!!!!!:D
I start on Monday by travelling out to California for training at HQ. I will be out there from Monday-Friday and training Tuesday-Thursday! After that, I will be starting officially here on the East Coast on the 23rd. I will be going to Orange, CA. Never been to California so this will be a treat. Now I have to buy a suitcase and travel size things in the next couple of days. PHEW! What a busy week!

Okay being BP with OCD tendencies, I am mostly packed.:D All I have to do is add some underclothes and casual things to wear when not working.

I am so happy that is worked out for you so well.
You also inspired me. I saw an ad for a Fall semester criminal Justice college class to teach and I was so moticated I applied.

I know these positions are political and also go to retired state trooperl but I did not let that sway me.
I love my job I am working but it is only 8 10 hours a week at the most.

You are a strong motivator,
OH! stop by a Salvation Army or Good Will for a great by on a second hand suitcase. Put your name and address inside it too. If you only take one and do not check it, you can check it at the plane side and will avoid baggage claim. Make sure they are on wheels and do not go side to side tipping.
