Joint Pain

Hi. I have sensory polyneuropathy...it's idiopathic. I've had a ton of tests for autoimmune diseases but all are negative but for the past couple of years, my joints in my hands are hurting me so badly in the morning, usually for a couple of hours, but sometimes all day long. I haven't had bloods done in about a year so I'm going to ask my primary to run them again. My ring is tight too in the morning so I think my fingers are swelling a bit. It leaves a mark. Rheu. factor was 12 iirc. Diet changes aren't helping.

But it's so hard for me to do things with my hands, esp in the morning...typing, helping my little ones, etc. EVerything is so much worse when they are bad:(
