greetings everyone. my name is mark and i just started here this morning.
i've been looking around the internet this evening for a forum where i
could meet new people that have info, been there done that situations
and ways and ideas of how to get thru our everyday aches and pains
and to meet new and interesting people. i look forward to just that here.

The site is busier at some times of the year. I often take intermittent breaks due to life demands, I just happen to have some time to spend here right now. :)

I deal with chronic aches and pains and much much older than many here. My stuff is due to arthritis and a hip replacement mess. Let us know what you are looking for. I use 95% supplements and a few meds.

Lots of supportive folks who really step up and help, especially at times when things are dire and you just don't know who else to talk to ( like on the forum for Spiritual Support or the Chronic Pain forum).

I am usually around the Chronic Pain forum or the neuropathy forum as late diagnosed Lyme Disease ended my career and left me with permanent pain and neuropathy. I have a fantastic pain mgmt doc who has kept me sane going on 12 years now.
