List of Ketamine places?
 

Good evening,

I may be dreaming but I thought that I had read that there was a list of places offering ketamine for CRPS in the US (maybe it was Little Paw?)

Anyone know if this list is real and where I can find?

Someone asked me about it a few weeks ago and I haven't been able to find it. Thank you and hope everyone is having a low pain day

I've seen this list, though I can't speak to it's accuracy: Ketamine Advocacy Network - Provider Directory

I did my ketamine infusion at George Washington Hospital with Dr. Chin. I know there is also ketamine infusions at Rush University Hospital in Chicago, though they only take self-pay (they will give you the paperwork to file with insurance). I never went to Rush, but I did speak with them and did not get a good feeling.
