Court Hearing

I've been going through the disability process for a little over two years. I was turned down twice and just had my hearing. I have an attorney this time. I was told I would be there anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour. My hearing was one hour and twenty minutes. Is this a good or a bad thing? My attorney said it went well, but I don't know if he was just saying that. He said the judge listened to 4 hypotheticals. The first was a no, but the other 3 were a yes meaning I could not work. Now I have to wait 30 days for a decision. Anyone with experience, does this seem like a positive or a negative?

Hey Pixel, I had my hearing 14 June. My Attorney and was in hearing for about 35 mins. I have read on different sites that everyone's hearing process can last long and be favorable or be short and unfavorable. I had a Great Judge who did let me know that I should get some relief with my situation when I do receive my formal decision. Don't know if I'm going to get a fully favorable in the mail by just that statement from ALJ....My Attorney said everything went great though. I hope some other members can chime in on your question because I to would like to know their outcome from a long hearing with the ALJ

its hard to say(IMHO)my lasted that long and i still lost.but the judge did act im my favor.he told me some info that my Dr.chose to ignore.and for me to advise my dr. on my next visit.so i told my doctor what the fed.judge told me to say.to make a very long story short.i was sent to the correct dr.and i won my case.i didnt have to go back to court.they just sent me to the "SS"office and was approved there.
