Hello Mom new to this forum

Hello I'm a mom with a 21 year old son with TBI 15 months post accident. I work full time, have 2 other sons, 8 and 17, and on days I don't have my other 2 sons, after work I stay with my oldest son at the nursing home he stays in. So I don't have much time to see a therapist or really talk with anyone so I'm hoping I can get some good feedback here.
