Mental Alertness/Energy Acupressure Point
 

I guess this would be considered a "treatment".

I've been feeling more tired in the middle of day and early evening, why who knows, could be low cortisol or just advanced aging but I'm feeling it.

So did a search of acupuncture point for Energy and found this acupressure point for Energy.

Hi friends, I've been feeling droopy early in the day and falling asleep on the couch early evening...not my pattern but it's happening, don't know why, low cortisol or whatever it can be.
