Hi I am new here :)

Hi,

I am new here, to be honest, I am not sure where I should be posting.

My daughter has had a couple of MRI's one when she was 9 and another just recently.

I have the report in front of me and it really doesnt make much sense to me.

My daughters Paediatrician and Endocrinologist are communicating about a battery of other tests before they give me the final outcome.

Please advise where I should be posting to get some input on the MRI report, and or it that is possible on this forum.

Take care, all the best.

Frangipani :)

Hi Frangipani and welcome to NeuroTalk

we have a number of forums that may be useful to you, but it would be helpful to know what the MRIs were done for. That way we can maybe direct you to the board here that will best suit your needs

Hi, Frangipani, welcome to NT! I am sorry to see that your daughter is having problems, I hope everything works out well.

As Chemar said, it would be a lot easier to lead you to the right forums if we knew more. What are her symptoms, if you don't mind us asking?

Welcome to the family regardless... you'll find NT to be a warm, caring place full of good people. It's a great source of info, as well as the emotional support that can only come from others who have been in that situation.

Hello frangipani and welcome to NeuroTalk.

We have a member, Kingrex, who is a Radiology tech and is very helpful explaining MRIs. If you would like you can Private Message him with the MRI report and he should be able to help.

Or he might see this post....

Welcome, Frangipani, glad you found us. There is a nifty search engine in the blue tool bar above, it might help to look for some of your daughter's symptoms to find an idea about her situation.

Snoopy is quite right, KingRex is very generous with his radiology knowledge and will likely help you a great deal.:)
