Several types of grief i'm feeling

Hello, It's been years since I've visited this site.

I've come a long way, am at a different point, but still of course am needing to reach out.

Lost two sisters: 1 to alcoholism, the other took her life.

Just leaving a relationship of 1 year after being in none for 13 years.

Left my home of 13 years and had to leave behind 6 animals with my daughter of whom I have no contact.

I have a Son in another state that no matter just doesn't make time for me.

So here I am striving to be a positive being in this ugly world but it is grief that weighs heavy on my heart.

Thank you for listening :circlelove:

Starlite;

You are going thru quite an adjustment. Hope you can get into a social group meeting of some sorts. Even volunteering for a few hours here and there i.e.; hospital, church, etc. may help the emptiness you might be feeling at this time.

Glad you decided to post here.

Gerry
