NO stent after more than two hours
 

99 per cent clogged. too dangerous for stent.stayed in hospital til 7:30. go back on thursday for surgery for surgery which which will be a lot safer have to wait til the flood thinner out of my system

Bizi, Sometimes the imaging just doesn't get it right, and the surgeon can't see what's really going on until they get in there. It's not uncommon.

I'm sorry that your blockage is worse than initially thought :hug::hug::hug:
I wish you didn't have to have this invasive surgery, but I'm glad that it will be able to take care of your condition better and more safely :hug::hug::hug:

I'm so sorry you had the stroke, Bobby, and I'm so glad that it wasn't worse, but it may have been a blessing in disguise. You have good doctors who did very thorough testing, and were able to catch this early before it became a much bigger problem :hug::hug::hug:

yes it will be general anesthesia and i am feeling exhausted and terrified. there is hardly any room

Maybe you could ask for an increase in your anxiety meds for this week?
