hope

Hope is such a precious thing. It can give me that little nudge to keep on keepin on. Just knowing no matter what I am going through, This too shall pass has made a big difference in my life, for I used to not believe I would get through the really dark times, or even want to get through them. It feels good to say that, get it out. This too shall pass is a tool I can use to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and know it is not an oncoming train. I try to live one day at a time and let it all go at night, we all know the nights can be really hard and sometimes the stinkin thinkin is already started in my head before I am fully awake, that too can be hard to shake. Seeing things as they really are does help me. Constant pain is exhausting, wears me down mentally physically and spiritually.

Today my husband talked to me about some little things we could do to make our life better, and that gave me some hope, we even took a tiny step to start to make it happen.

peace
