Normal or Not?
Sorry it took me so long to get back on, I was very busy over the weekend. I could tell that Friday was the 13th. I had a huge deal go down with my daughter at her friends house. The parents left to two girls alone and they were at each others throats. The friend to my daughter, which they are no longer friends, was pushing my daughter and locking her out of the house. She was calling my daughter every name in the book. It was a huge uproar. It had me so worked up that my arm including my body was shaking uncontrollably. I had no control over what was happening. I was scared. But once my nerves settled down I quit shaking. After that whole ordeal I was completely exhausted and my arm was so tired I couldn't hardly move it. That has never happened to me before so is that normal for something like that to happen? My nerves have gotten riled up before but this reaction never happened before. I am scared. Is it something that I should be afraid of?

yep yep..
hello..
Yes it is normal for emotional uphevals to have a huge impact on most all of us I think, I know for me it's a big deal any stresses around me set me off let alone when I let myself get upset.. and let me tell you theres nothin like momma bear kind of emotion for strength of emotion, it'll take ALOT out of you so rest up and try not to do anything strenuous or stressful and make sure your family knows that these things cause more pain.. I find my whole body freezes up with pain in stress sometimes. Healing hugs momma bear, Sandra |
hi tracy,
yes our bodies are always in a constant state of stress so when we are in stressful situations our bodies over react. you are living a life of emotional stress and physical pain. try to be good to yourself. what i found i had to do was emotionally cut myself off from other peoples drama and take care of me first, this is not selfish it is self care. joan |
