crossing eyes dangerous?

sorry but need your thoughts again. Going a bit crazy.

almost all flare ups were due to specific events (flight, drug, knock on head, extreme stress, long working hours...)

The last two weeks have been one of the most horrible ones. I have not taken 2 weeks off work in a long time. What was the trigger?

The only suspect I have is one day, god knows what took me, I crossed my eyes without a rope or finger to guide. My vision therapists told me it is best to do it with guide. I did not have an immediately bad reaction but later that night huge migraine set in and lasted for 3 days. After that I have been dizzy and unable to concentrate for more than 2 weeks!!!

Can crossing eyes be that brutal??

The only other thing is that my ex told me several days before the setback that she wants us to cut all ties and clearly that increased my anxiety level.

Thanks for your thoughts! Been struggling bad..

I think I might go with the ex theory.

FYI...I have no clue why but for the last 2 weeks my head has been sore. I never have had what I would consider the classic headache from my accident but my head gets very sore where it was hit (like overdoing weights first time Back in the gym after a few months off). As usual I have no idea what set it off or why it hangs around, but it is definitely here.

Maybe nothing set you off, I know I can be hard pressed to explain flair ups sometimes.
