Diffusion MRI

Has anyone had a Diffusion MRI? I was told they be of help

A DTI, Diffusion Tensor Imaging is helpful at confirming injury but not very useful at directing treatment.

It is difficult to find someone to order it and then know what to do with the results. Most MRI facilities have the software to do them.

What were you told and by whom ?

I had a DTI/MRI... confirmed what the doctors already knew... brain injury.

Corpus callosum - strange crap... no doubt speed of processing is low

It helps you out with SSDI because it would be a Medically Documented Injury with objective data.

But as mentioned, it doesn't give path of how to fix ... just what's wrong
