Just tell me what to do and take.
Sick of this pain. 600mg gabapentin 3x day. In too much of a haze/depression/pain to research or vet what's actually useful. I assume b12, lipoic acid, lions mane mushroom, and a few others. Nerve damage is nerve damage but maybe I can get some relief. Is most of this stuff on amazon? Thanks.

Sorry to hear you're not doing too well. A number of people say benfotiamine helps too. I take 300 mg a day, at breakfast and dinner.

I take Gralise which is time release Gabepentin. I take 2 600mg tablets before bed so I sleep through the haze. On a bad day I take an extra 400mg Gabepentin.
The good news is it works really well for me. The bad news is it took me over a year to get the insurance company to approve it. There were coupons but even at that it was significantly more expensive. I tried Lyrica and it seemed promising but once again when we tried to get the dosage changed the insurance company caused me to stay with the Gralise. |
I took both Inosine and Sphingolin for 3 months last summer I think it was and got rid of the Burn and Tingling pretty much in my nerve damaged thigh from a hip replacement. Here is a link on this supplement. I bought mine at PureFormulas and pretty much no more burn but the thigh is still 80% numb going on 6 yrs.
http://www.neurotalk.org/pn-tips-res...ght=Sphingolin There is a LOT of info here as many have tried so many things to help their issues. OPC'S could help too: Grape Seed Extract, or Pycnogenol, or Resveratrol. I'm on the first two 21 yrs for overall Immune System. My damage is from hip replacement in 2010. |
