Lifting weight
Prior to my set back I have been lifting weight on a regular basis. Here is how my average day went:
- work in office, mild dizziness at the end of the day - gym at 6pm: feel much better after (lifting for muscle growth). - next day I continue to feel OK, until about 6 hours of work... So I tended to associate symptoms with reading (no doubt they do) and I felt lifting was helping a lot with depression, and also with symptoms. I wonder however whether it has a long term effect on healing. |
I guess if we keep it up we'll find out.
Exercising still causes me some strange effects compared to pre accident but it really helps to let the steam off by and large. Bud |
