I'm sure many people have caught on to the fact that I enjoy reading Dr. Jaller's blog. His most recent post really blew my mind. Doctors need to pull their heads out of their backside and base these types of treatment decisions off clinical experience and not some outdated IDSA guidelines that are costing people their lives.
