What t.v. shows do you watch that are "safe" for you?
What shows do you watch that help you with your mood and other possible issues?
I watch 1. some limited news commentary (no news served straight up). 2. And some well written dramas like Scorpion Madam Secretary 3. Some silly comedies like Mom Life in Pieces Matthew Leblanc's Man with a Plan that started tonight. M |
When I need comfort, I like to watch reruns of The Golden Girls and Murder, She Wrote because they are old, familiar, and they remind me of my mother. I'll also watch pretty much any cartoons that are on.

I feel more peace, and rest when, "Star Trek the Next Generation" is on TV. This program just does that for me. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I tried to watch the world series and got bored but at least I knew that I would not be
surprised by something unexpected that would throw me off. Sometimes, I want the right amount of involvement that can get me out of me head a little but not so much invovlement that the show becomes too much. M |

Have you watched the new show Bull. Its on between the NCIS shows on Tuesday. I really like it. Also MacGyver has been good to me. As my husband says not like the old one. But I like it. I love scorpion and the 3 NCIS shows. They have been favorites for a long time. I also watch the show on Wednesday's after criminal minds. Donna :grouphug: |
Donna I've seen a couple of the new MacGyver episodes also, and the were good. I like both the old MacGyver, and new MacGyver TV programs.
I liked the background 1980's music that was played on the Richard Dean Anderson MacGyver series. BF:hug::hug::hug: |
The Skeezyks doesn't watch anything on commercial television if he can avoid it. (Sometimes I end up seeing something because my wife watches.) I usually open up my computer, put on my headphones, & listen to music videos on YouTube while I reply to posts on PsychCentral & NT.) I watch the British mysteries & science programs they show on our local public television station.
