You need to offer more info. Is this an arthritic knee? My right knee started giving me problems over 20 yrs ago and with hip replacement in 2010, and left with shorter leg, my knee is way worse. Very stiff and painful to walk. I take a lot of supplements for joint s support and doing everything in my power to do NO kinee surgery of any kind.

I wear a magnetic knee support and another type, I alternate them. With aging arthritis does not go away, it's all management.

But you need to tell us more about your knee issue.

Hello alex.amores: Welcome to NeuroTalk! :welcome_sign: I cannot be of assistance. But there are a lot of very knowledgeable members here. So chances are someone can. You may, however, need to post a thread, with regard to your concern, in one of the "condition-related" forums. I'm not certain which one would be best. You can look through the list & see what you think. My suggestion would be the Neuromuscular forum:

I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit. :Grin-Nod:
