Today

I am doing one moment at a time.
I do simple breathing techniques and my mantras.

I do very short walks once in a while.
Also half an hour of yoga about three times a week.
Once or twice a week hubby drives us to the gym where I do upper
body weight mahines.

Otherwise, when I am not at work or doing computer work a home,
I spend a lot of time watching t.v. I pick shows I hope will not have triggers.
Sometimes I re-read a few pages of books I have already read.

It sounds like you are doing a lot of good things to comfort yourself. I hope that they are helping, and you are feeling less overwhelmed :hug::hug:

Purdue has finals next week. So Derrick works this week and next.
Then he will be off a while.
