Concussions and Lawsuits

Does anyone have experience in personal injury lawsuits? Specifically non-automobile accident types, but I'd love info on all.

If you are asking about head injury lawsuits, you should check out tbilaw.com and subtlebraininjury.com for information about some of the issues that need to be addressed. It is very important to find an attorney who has expertise with head injuries and especially mild head injuries with prolonged symptoms. You need to find that attorney who knows how to represent the head injury clients who looks fine because they can walk and talk in normal ways but still have life changing challenges.

Finding such an attorney in Canada will be your challenge.

Yes I was through this....Took over 8 years to settle....PM me with any questions I will do my best to remember.

But for the record we are worth more dead than alive in the eyes of a court.
