Just found out i have a 11mm PCOM Aneurysm AND 7mm ICA Aneurysm

Have been suffering from headache for 2 years...finally got my mri yesterday and found out I have 2 aneurysm. ...the bigger on is on my right side and has a 2mm arising off the neck of aneurysm. ..I am scared and not sure what to expect. Appointment is being set up to see neurosurgeon. I am a 45 year old mother of three....
