Looking for RSD doctor in Winston-Salem, NC area
 

I'm trying to find a good RSD doctor in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area or the piedmont section of NC. Does anyone have or know of a good RSD MD or other health care professional? I would very much appreciate any suggestions.

It's the other direction but did you ever talk to Duke University Medical? I found 2 teaching institutions to be immensely helpful and traveled 3 hours to Houston for much of my care at them until I got stabilized and manageable at home. It was worth every mile on the road.
