RSD and much needed dental work

I just came across this site while searching for a dentist that has experience working with patients with RSD/CRPS. Does anyone here know of someone in the Chicago area? My husband has RSD and has developed major dental issues. We don't know where to turn. Our dentist has, of course, never heard of RSD and therefor we don't want him to touch him out of fear the RSD would spread to his mouth. Life is already unbearable for him and he CANNOT take any more pain. His pain from the RSD is constantly at a 7(out of 10) 24/7.Any help would be very very much appreciated. Thanks....Patty
