Summary The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of "Motivating Moves for People Parkinson’s", a seated exercise program, on physical function and quality of life measures for people who have had Parkinson’s disease for five years or longer. All participants will partake in the "Motivating Moves for People with Parkinson’s" exercise program once weekly for 10 weeks with home practice guided by a DVD or videotape of the program.
