Weird symptoms :(

Hello, all.

I know you can't diagnose me but I've been experiencing weird things for 6 months now. It started 6 months ago when my back became stiff and the muscles at top hurt. The next day it spread to my arms and then my chest then my legs. The stiffness was pretty bad. This all faded within 5 days. A week ago it came back but the stiffness faded but some new symptoms appeared. My right hand, lower jaw, and sometimes my left hand (rarely) tremor. I also feel a tremor internally. My hand tremors come and go and happen both at rest and when i do something. It's bad enough sometimes that I will drop stuff. If i focus really hard i can make it be still for a few seconds and then it comes right back. Somedays it's not that noticeable and other times, like today, it's awful. I also have had some slurred speech, trouble getting words "formed" correctly while speaking and my throat feels like it had a weird lump in it and I have to swallow harder. My short term memory has gotten worse and vision is blurred with a bit of pressure on my eyes. My GP did a regular MRI and it came out fine. He was looking for MS. He's reluctantly referring me to a neurologist. I feel like I'm being written off since a couple years ago I was diagnosed with depression and a bit of anxiety. Also, some nights I have had trouble sleeping but mostly it's been ok. I'm a 28 yo male. Thanks for letting me vent.
