i bought two pillows from china and only got one. I thought i lost because it said i received an item. ebay was so helpful. they said i could file a return and say i only got one pillow. the case was finally resolved in my favor and i got the full refund and got to keep the pillow which i like..

Ebay's pretty good about that. Also, if you pay with Pay Pal, they cover you further, even with purchases from other sites.

I have a PayPal account and use it whenever I can when I buy stuff online so I'm giving my financial info out to less online retailers and my purchases are covered by their protection policies. I feel safer.
