How to dial with incompetent neurologist?

I need help because I think I'm being diagnosed by incompetent doctor who doesn't have up to date understanding, neurologist thinks why problem is purely psychological. I had TBI long time ago at age 6, also I hit my head mildly few times in life but CT scan shows only skull damage. I also suffered abuse in family, school for long time so doctors recommended visiting psychologist but I'm concerned not about these past memories but present problems which continue to destroy my life at age 27. I already visited psychologist who concluded that I have unstable attention and short term memory. Blood, urine, heart rate tests show I have good health. No hormone test were done which tend to be wrecked after brain traumas. Neurologist found asymmetrical limb sensitivity. I have healthy life style and diet, exercise, trying to learn as much possible about my condition and improve myself but I still fail. Only stimulants seem to keep me away from vegetable state. What can I do? I still will be visiting other doctors but how to convince them that there might be serious brain damage that is not visible by CT scan?

It does not matter if they can or can't see brain damage. You treat the symptoms, not the damage.

A neuro rehabilitation psychologist could be very helpful. Do you have access to one ? They are usually affiliated with a neuro trauma rehabilitation hospital or clinic.
