hi im new. brain injury, not sure how to do this. i mess up all the time. what does title mean at the top of message where i'm typing

If you are making a "new thread" then you must make a title for it.

If you are replying to a poster who already has started a thread,
you may leave it blank or title your response. (examples, I agree, thank you, a new question, further, etc.)
