Tags and images

Thanks moderators for all your hard work.

Until a few months ago when you started a thread any tags that you wanted had to be explicitly set. This feature was not (at least on the Parkinson's forum) well used. We now have automatically generated tags. The best of both worlds would be to be able to over-ride the auto tags. Is this possible?

Have the rules with inserting jpg and png images changed lately? I used to be able to attach a file to a post, then within the post insert it into the text. This meant that when the post was opened the image was immediately visible at its original size. What I now get is a thumbnail which needs to be clicked on to get it at its initial size. (This is not a file size issue. My files are well within the limits.) Here's an example:

Thanks.

What happened is there were some new image options that were setup to be a certain default. I've gone ahead and put the options back the way they were previously, so images should show inline at their regular size.

As for the tagging, that may take a little more work to figure out as there's no obvious way to change that...

Yeah, I don't think the settings give me the option to allow users to override the automated tags. Since most people never used them, I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing. (And tagging threads may help our SEO slightly.)
