I have heard of freezing your credit card in ice then having to wait to defrost it before using it again to give yourself time to really think about your purchases. With microwaves...don't think that is an option these days.

i don't know if he knows.son't they go together I am beginning to wonder if this will just run its course. I found two other places to shop. I binged on indian food but then stopped and didn't eat anything else the rest of the day so no dinner. tomorrow will have just steak and coffee again. that is alll i have in the apartment. I plan to throw out two or three more bags of books. i think i have thrown out close to 1000 books so far. i am bidding on annother pair of pants and just bought another pair, I will probably give some to marcia. today i was very tired and slept a little

I don't know if this will work for you, but I try to stop myself for a moment before I buy something and ask myself: Do I NEED this or just WANT this?

I'm gonna be honest, it works A LOT better when I'm not hypo.
