Still Undiagnosed

Hi...

I have posted before, but i will give a quick run down on symptoms.
I have always been a little overweight and a little tired like. I have 2 teenage daughters and i am 43 years old. In the last 5 years I have noticed a drop in my health. Loss of mentral cycle, well it comes and goes, averaging about 2 a year. Then i started waking up with headaches. Constant dull aches. sometimes they change and get a ting ting sound in my head, other times it throbs. It hurts to think. My memory and concerntration is deteriorating. I noticed my large muscles on my shoulders and tops of my thighs dissapearing. I feel weak. I feel like my headaches are joined to my spine and eyes as well. MRI showed multiple lesions on brain. none on spine. spinal tap had no o bands, but a high white blood cell count. I was put on steroids for 3 months and redid Mri and spinal tap, both stable. I was sent home for 12 months. Just had my 12 month check up, MRI and no further lesions. but I am still getting headaches and feel like my muscles arent coming back. I have been on a cpap machine, and have lost 25 kilos. Still i do not feel like my syptoms have eased. They have ruled out ms as the lesions are roundish, not typical ms, and no o bands, and i havent lost the use of a limb. They are wanting another lumber puncture, and are looking at Vasculitis and want to test for a few more obscure things. Its been 2 years of testing and wait and sees, i am so tired, I just want answers.
I was wondering if anyone here that may be of similar age has vasculitis, or have lesions from sleep apnea. or if anyone might have any idea of what else I could get checked?
