Alcohol in a liquid vitamin supplement?

This is probably a dumb/silly question. Forgive me. But I'm kinda nervous.

But I've been taking vitamin b12 in a liquid form with a dropper. However, today I noticed on the ingredients that it contains "natural grape alcohol". And come to think of it, it's pretty clear that you can taste an amount of alcohol in it. But it's just a small dropper.

Is it safe to ingest this while having pcs? I am aware that alcohol is really bad for it, and I wouldn't want to hurt my recovery like this.

There are many fruit alcohols that are used as sweeteners. If there was enough to be a concern, it would say the percent of alcohol.

You don't need to worry.

As long as you use as directed , the small amount in a dropper should be a non issue.
