Twitching, numbness, pains...

Hey Im new here. Im a 31 year old male who has had anxiety, IBS, tics, mild fatigue, and tremors for over 15 years. It does run in the family, and my mom and grandmother both have Restless Leg Syndrome.

About 4 years ago I started getting this weird feeling when I walk, it feels like Im walking on a boat. At first I was worried about MS, but it does come and go with anxiety so I got over it.

About 5 months ago I had major stress, and I started getting weird feelings like wet foot, burning in the arm, muscle spasms, muscle twitches all over (one in my calf/foot wont go away), and occasionally muscle pains. I also get numbness, like meralgia parasthetica, in my right quadricep.

I have not noticed any weakness or muscle atrophy in these 5 months, but it all worries me a lot that it could be some neuro disease. Or could it be like peripheral neuropathy? Myasthenia gravis? I would like to think its just anxiety, but it seems like too many symptoms and the twitches in my calf wont go away. I thought about Restless Legs, but some of my symptoms are in the arms so I doubt thats it.

Thank you.
