Another MRI
 

Hello. I wondered if I could get anyones views on this MRI

This doesn't look like much Chiari to me :) although I often wondered since I've had those kind of symptoms for years. The tonsils looks slightly lower than the what I think is the foramen magnum, and reading about it the amount of herniation isn't necessarily related to severity of symptoms.

I'd be interested in what people think although I'll obviously get an expert opinion soon as well.
