Back again...........
 

Hi, I've been away for about a month, computer problems, taking care of dad, summer laziness.....
Has this always been called "Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue", or is this something new. I don't remember it this way.
Don't remember much anyway....do you know about that syndrome CRS?

It's going around.
I've been sort of keeping up with an exercise routine at P.T. and I've been feeling pretty good. My back is a miserable wreck, so it's good to feel some strength developing. I went into work ONE day and moved some supplies around, and don't you know, I hurt my back. I swear I'm allergic to my job.
We've also had pretty good weather for fibro this summer, warm and not too humid. This week the humidity is way up, but I go to Barnes and Noble or hang out at he mall if it gets too bad.
I'm glad to be back here.
How is everyone else doing?

Hey you! No the name change just happened. Not sure when though.
Believe it or not I have some news. I went back to work! Been working for almost 2 weeks now. So far so good. A few bumps but overall its been okay.

Congratulations on going back to work. What kind of job are you in?
You know, you have ups and downs. I have a lot of exhaustion and pain when I go back to work in the fall. I went in one day last week, and HURT MY BACK.
Groan............I've been working so hard in PT to build up the strength in my back.........it's getting better...

Janet, it has been driving me crazy. My job is an account coordinator for a staffing company between them and Raytheon. So far, its going rather well. I am exhausted today and its been a rough week. Between the learning and keeping up phyiscally I am totally ready to do nothing the next couple of days.
