Worried I hit my head in my sleep

This morning I awoke to find a random red, bruise-likemark on my forehead, about an inch above my left eye. And now I'm really freaked out that I might have hit my head on my headboard or something in my sleep.

Thing is I do not remember doing so at all. But then again I don't remember hitting my head when I suffered my most recent concussion after fainting in my bathroom. I awoke with bruises back then, too. Although those ones were Oren painful.

I can't tell if it's a bruise or not. It doesn't really hurt. Well, it kind of feels funny now, but I've been rubbing it all day trying to determine if it is or isn't a bruise. My symptoms feel pretty bad today.. I'm really scared.

Could it be possible to hit my head in my sleep and not know it? Wouldnt it wake me up?

It does not sound like anything serious. You could have slept with your hand on your face.

This is anxiety. Let it go.

Spider, mosquito or other such insect causes?
