Peeps are my favorite Easter treat, especially roasted over a fire :D brûlée marshmallows sooooo good as a s'more and small wonder I'm not a diabetic lol. Though they're a little tricky to keep the shape if you don't roast them very slowly

Yeah but if you do just plain marshmallows you miss out on the wonderful brûlée on the outside giving you that crisp carmelly mallow filled roasted peep taste :p
