lack of mental health support from professionals befor holidays
 

I have not been able to get in touch with my case manager. Last week she was on vacation, and this week I cannot get in touch with her.

The problem is that I'm having problems now, and she is out of reach, and communication. Their answer is we can always talk to a stranger on the emergency number.

I hate to be complaining about them like this, but I need them to be available when in need. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Does this happen often?

It's happened to often recently. I don't want to be speaking out against her. I like her, but she's been hard to reach recently. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I think that the best solution is to speak to her directly about how her lack of accessibility is effecting you. She may not realize it's been having such an impact :hug:

I should have gone to church on Easter, but I didn't this year. My sleeping rhythm is not right this year. It's hard to get up after taking Seroquel, and the other medications before bed.

I did go to my Nieces, and Brother in Laws house Sunday evening, and had a wonderful Easter. :) BF:hug::hug::hug:
