Failed back surgerry
 

23 years ago after bad fall I had surgery in my back.After surgery I was left with a dropped foot and could only with a caliper.Pain was still present and I had to give up my job [ Restaurant Manager ]at Heathrow.I decided to come home to Ireland.Pain got worseand my R leg had no power in it.
I had a spinal implant inserted April 2014 and pain reduced 50% helped with Opids tablets.I was back driving. [Divine] October 2014 I was rearended and I got a mighty jolt. Long story short, wires moved and one is hitting my syatica nerve.
I have heard there is a high frequency implant on trial in USA.
PLEASE can anyone give me feedback on this.

I assume you mean opioid. They can be addictive and cause constipation. I myself have but rarely use Tylenol with codeine 3.

I have the HC10 implant. I live in Connecticut and my insurance covered it. It is available. Look up Nevro on the web, and they will direct you to a specialist. You can have a trial one put in. f you had an earlier kind of implant that caused tingling (parathesis), this should be removed, or repaired first. The battery unit ir probably getting old by now, and with bad leads, you should probably start over again. The Nevro Unit has helped me much, but all these unit have their limitations. I am sure you know that. ;)
