Awesome alpha-synuclein article (though from 2009)
 

I came across this article earlier today, and found it to be a wonderful resource for someone who wants to understand at the protein level what is going on. I'd be interested to learn if anyone knows of a better (and, especially, more recent) article at a similar level of depth.
